Outlook Express:

Open Outlook Express (Start -> All programs -> Outlook Express)

In the menu bar, click Tools -> Accounts. You will see a window similar to this, click on Add and select Mail

In the "Display Name:" box enter your name: Once done click next.

Enter your email address in the space provided: eg: yourname@scottnet.co.za. Once done click next.

In the next step insert your incoming POP3 server and Outgoing SMTP server: Settings must be as per the diagram below.

In the next step insert your Account name ( your full email address ) and the password you have been given:

Click next and then Finish - you are then done.

HOW TO SETUP YOUR EMAIL IN OUTLOOK 2003

Step 1:
Click on Tools, in the menu bar followed by "Email Accounts"
You should be presented with a screen that looks similar to this:

Accept the default (Add a new e-mail accont) and press Next

Step 2:
You are now given a list of options, select the hightled one (pop3)

Press Next, and fill in your details as illustrated below:

When complete - select Next, and Finish to complete your email setup.
